Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged product received
  • Wrong item received (different from what was ordered)
  • Size mismatch (product dimensions differ significantly from listing)
  • Quality not as expected (product doesn't match description)

Note: Returns are not accepted after 7 days from delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.

2. How to Request a Refund

  2. Select the order and click "Request Refund"
  3. Choose the reason and provide a brief description
  4. Select your preferred refund method (original payment method or store credit)
  5. Submit the request — you'll receive a confirmation with your refund ID

6. Partial Refunds

For multi-item orders, you can request a refund for specific items. The refund amount will include the item price plus its proportional share of taxes and shipping charges.
