Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged product received
- Wrong item received (different from what was ordered)
- Size mismatch (product dimensions differ significantly from listing)
- Quality not as expected (product doesn't match description)
Note: Returns are not accepted after 7 days from delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your account and go to My Account → Refunds
- Select the order and click "Request Refund"
- Choose the reason and provide a brief description
- Select your preferred refund method (original payment method or store credit)
- Submit the request — you'll receive a confirmation with your refund ID

4. Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Refund credited back to the same payment method used during purchase (3-5 business days)
- Store Credit: Instant credit to your account wallet for future purchases
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer
- Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
6. Partial Refunds
For multi-item orders, you can request a refund for specific items. The refund amount will include the item price plus its proportional share of taxes and shipping charges.
