1. Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from Bright Home Appliances come with warranty coverage against manufacturing defects. Warranty is automatically registered when your order is delivered.

2. Warranty Registration
Warranty is automatically registered when your order status changes to "Delivered". You will receive a unique warranty certificate number for each eligible product in your account under My Account → Warranties.
No manual registration is required — just ensure your order is delivered to your registered account.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim
- Log in to your account and go to My Account → Warranties
- Find the product and click "File Claim"
- Describe the issue (minimum 20 characters)
- Upload at least 1 photo showing the defect (up to 5 photos, JPEG/PNG, max 5MB each)
- Submit the claim — you'll receive a unique claim ID
- Our team will review within 3-5 business days
- If approved for repair, schedule a pickup from your address
4. What's NOT Covered
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by fire, water, or natural disasters
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
- Consumable parts (gaskets, rubber seals, handles in some cases)
- Products not purchased from Bright Home Appliances official channels
5. Claim Resolution
Once approved, warranty claims are resolved through:
- Repair: Product is picked up, repaired, and returned (7-14 business days)
- Replacement: A new product is shipped if repair is not possible
6. Expired Warranty
If your warranty has expired, we offer paid repair services at competitive rates. Contact our support team for a repair quote and turnaround time estimate.
