1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Delivery is available to all serviceable PIN codes covered by our shipping partners.
2. Delivery Timelines

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 - ₹99 (based on weight and location)
- COD Charges: Additional ₹49 handling fee for Cash on Delivery orders
- Express Delivery: Additional charges apply (shown at checkout)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email notification with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order from:
- My Account → Orders → Order Details page
- Courier partner's tracking portal using the tracking number
5. Undelivered Orders
If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:
- Prepaid orders: Full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days
- COD orders: Order will be cancelled and restocked
6. Damaged in Transit
If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the delivery. If damage is noticed after opening, please report it within 24 hours with photos of the damage to our support team for immediate resolution.
